How to access the service you need

1. Complete Our Simple And Secure Online Form
Share your symptoms and some relevant medical information on the form provided. Upload photo ID if requested.

Most forms take 3–5 minutes.

2. Pay securely 
Process payment securely using Stripe Software.

3. Doctor review 
A registered doctor will review your request and will send you an email with her response/ decision and relevant next steps.

4. Receive the service you requested 

When clinically suitable either:

Receive your secure phone/ video consultation appointment.
Receive your requested medical certificate or repeat prescription.

In the case of your request being clinically unsuitable, your money will be returned to you.
